●All contract procedures and specification confirmations will be conducted in Japanese.
●Please ensure that usage fees are paid by your company's head office in Japan.

Steps to Connect the System

    We will consider the integration based on the submitted information.
    We may request further details via email or in an online meeting.
  • STEP2Service Overview We will explain the system overview, interface and terms of agreement.
    We will also ask you the specifications of your service.
  • STEP3System Development Please develop the system in accordance with the interface we provide to you.
  • STEP4Acceptance Testing After developing and testing the system on your end, we will also test it as a confirmation of quality.
    We will conduct the test in order, starting with the company that completes development.
  • STEP5Contract Please sign an agreement of using TL-Lincoln connect.
  • STEP6Release Your service is now available in TL-Lincoln, so that accommodation facilities can connect with you.

Q. Do you provide an extranet?

A. We do not provide an extranet for travel agencies and OTAs to confirm the content registered by accommodation facilities in the TL-Lincoln.

Q. Do you offer sales contract agency services?

A. We do not act as an ageny for sales contracts among travel agencies, OTAs and accommodation facilities.

Q. How long does it take to release the system?

A. The release timeframe is not determined, as it largely depends on the development schedules of travel agencies and OTAs.
Please be aware that we might not be able to accommodate your timeline.

Q. By connecting to TL-Lincoln, is it possible to obtain the information and sell the availability on all accommodation facilities using TL-Lincoln?

A. Only the information that accommodation facilities have registered with TL-Lincoln and for which you are designated as a sales destination will be available.
